Easy to retrofit to any Design Kayak and not a difficult DIY to fit them to most other kayaks either. These straps are designed to secure a paddle to the kayak when used in conjunction with a paddlefloat for a self rescue re-entry. They are also a good place to keep a rolled up inflatable paddle float secure on your deck too.

If you like paddling with a Greenland stick and want to take a Norsaq throwing stick with you as a rolling aid these straps are an excellent way to keep one secure and within reach.
