The Wavesport Hydra 125 although shorter than it's longer sibling, the Wavesport Hydra 145 keeps most of the core features and capabilities. The Hydra 125 tracks well due to its sensible rocker profile allowing longer distances to be covered, especially when the drop-down skeg is deployed. The short waterline of the Wave Sport Hydra 125 gives it manoeuvrability which longer kayaks lack.

Covered in decklines, two rear GearTrac Mounting rails, two hatches and a day hatch on the front deck, the Wave Sport Hydra 125 can carry all your kit for a day on the water or even an overnight trip. The two main hatches lead to chambers sealed from the cockpit by foam bulkheads, giving some inherent buoyancy in case of water getting into the cockpit. The short length of the Hydra 125 is intended to give you agility on the water but also translate into ease of transportation off the water. This lightweight kayak is short enough to fit in most garages and is easy to car-top or load on a roofrack with ease.

For carrying off the water, the Whiteout Tour outfitting comes with flip up hip pads for balancing the kayak on your shoulders, stopping the kayak digging in, or pack a trolley into one of the large oval hatches and drag the kayak to the water's edge before taking the trolley along too.
