The Ocean Kayaks Trident 13 Angler is a very capable kayak, and by far our best selling Trident size. 13 Foot is considered by many to be the perfect length, combining the need for forward speed, manoeuvrability, performance and stability. Not too cluttered to make fishing “complicated” but enough gizmo’s and features to set the kayak apart from its competitors. The Trident 13 was designed by professional kayak anglers looking to maximize features in a 13' hull, and well suited to cope with ocean swell and off-shore conditions, as well as more sheltered inland waters. The brand new  ASSII seating system, combined with a roomy cockpit and fully adjustable foot pegs allows almost any kayaker to paddle in comfort .

Apart from the well proven hull design, the Tridents are renowned for their great fishing features. Some of the features (including newly updated) that sets this boat apart include the central console- perfect for attaching accessories too, including fish finders and rod holders. This console also includes a roomy compartment and exterior magnetic gear holder. A handily located transducer scupper hole will take the majority of modern fish finder transducers for simple installation. 4x slide tracks on the boats gunnels provide great attachment points for additional accessories such as rod holders, GPS or camera mounts. The large watertight bow hatch will easily take lots of kit, including the popular C-Tug trolley. There is also lots of storage space in the rear tank-well too for keeping a crate (optional extra) additional kit or the catch of the day. A handy rod tip cover now features on the bow of the kayak for transporting rods, especially during beach launches.
