The layout of the Alameda allow two adults and a small passenger (child/dog)  to sit in the boat comfortably, yet its design allows it to be easily managed on the water by one paddler if required.

Stable and forgiving due to its wide hull, the Alameda instils confidence in novice paddlers, but still allows a more proficient paddler to cover the miles.
