The Thule QuickDraw 838 is a bow and stern tie down system designed to be used in conjunction with straps to offer additional security during transportation. This easy to use product will work with any vehicle fastening to the towing eyes, or tow bar to prevent any movement while the canoe or kayak is roof topped. Securing to the handles/ toggles of any canoe or kayak the QuickDraw 838 is a cord which when gently pulled will reduce movement for increased peace of mind when traveling.
