Pyranha ReactR in Rosella Red
A well designed whitewater kayak for pushing the limits
The ReactR from Pyranha Kayaks represents the next generation of creek boats, designed to tackle the hardest of whitewater, and push back boundaries for paddlers of all abilities. A fast, planing hull and clever hull rocker allows the paddler to use the kayaks pivot point to turn quicker, skip out from drops, and allows for easier boofs. The width of the hull means that the ReactR offers more primary stability than faster, race-style creek boats, but offers a reassuring, forgivable and predictable ride.
Not only is the ReactR are new concept of whitewater kayak, Pyranha also decided to redesign the interior features, and the outcome- Elite Outfitting offers some great developments, and great connectivity to the kayak.
Outfitting
The Pyranha ReactR uses the Elite Outfitting, which comprises of:
- Ergonomic, padded seat that come be positioned forwards/backwards to trim the boat.
- 3-Way Adjustable Hooker Thigh Grips.
- Padded, height adjustable backband.
- Internal cord pulley (2:1), and aluminum cleat backrest adjustment.
- Foam hip-pads with additional shims.
- Adjustable bulkhead footrest.
- Airbag lash points. (airbags sold separatley)
- Carry-pads on either side of the cockpit rim.
