The Nova Craft Prospector 15 SP3 is the shortest model in Novacrafts polyethylene Prospector range and keeps true to the hugely popular Prospector hull shape. The Novacraft Prospector 15 is perfect for lighter/smaller canoeists, solo paddlers or those wanting a lighter, more responsive canoe with greater manoeuvrability. For paddlers looking for a similar shape all-round canoe but with a greater carrying capacity and stability then please look at the Nova Craft Prospector 16 and Prospector 17.

The Prospector hull shape has been so successful due to its versatility on a variety of different water types, making it a true general-purpose workhorse. With forgiving lines and moderate rocker, the Prospector 15 is as at home cruising down slow-moving rivers, as it is tackling small rapids or day trips on local canals or lakes.

We import Canadian manufactured Nova Craft Canoes Prospector 15 SP3’s directly into Manchester Canoes. For the strongest construction, Nova Craft uses SP3 plastic- manufactured by oven roto-moulding three layers of super linear polyethylene. The outer and inner layers are solid plastic, and the middle layer is a foam core. These canoes are extremely strong; amongst the strongest anywhere. Providing all-round paddlers with the perfect choice for moving water and general recreational use. The tough SP3 canoes are very popular with outdoor centres and rental operators due to their high levels of durability and superb construction, the Nova Craft Prospector series is also available with durable plastic seats.
