The Hand Steering kit can provide a useful add-on when used in conjunction with either the Universal Rudder Adaptor, or Universal Canoe/Kayak Adaptor where there isn't an exisiting steering control system on the kayak.

Please note, that to fit this Hand Steering Kit as an aftermarket solution to a kayak it will require some DIY skills, tools and silicone sealant not supplied, and also the requirement to drill holes into the kayaks interior. (see video below for more information)
 
For a better solution and a more responsive steering system when using adapters with long motor shafts (like the Power Pole Adapter or the Universal Kayak & Canoe Adapter), Bixpy recommends the addition of a Bixpy V-Arm Steering Bracket. (please contact us for availability)
