A universal kneeling thwart designed to fit most open canoes

The Enigma Canoes Universal Kneeling Thwart Kit can be used to retro-fit into almost any canoe. Some paddlers, particularly more advanced solo paddlers may wish to add a kneeling thwart. The addition of one will lower the centre of gravity, increasing stability and the ability to generate more power through the stroke. These thwarts are supplied uncut and are extra long so they can be cut to length, therefore able to fit the majority of open boats sold at Manchester Canoes. Supplied as a full kit including bolts and hangers.
