With the rear opening on the Thule Ocean 80 it best suits a hatchback or estate car.

While the single side opening on the Thule Ocean 100, 200 and 600 Models is perfect for any vehicle. The Thule Ocean 600 is thinner that the rest of the range which makes it narrow enough to provide the option of carrying a kayak or bike carrier next to it on most width roofrack systems.

The universal U-Clamp style fitting fit most roof bars, including Thule Squarebars  and Thule Wingbar. The U-Bolt style fixings fit under your roof bars and are secured inside the roofbox, this means that once the roof box is then closed and locked the box is safe on your roof.
