A Roofrack Bar With The Ability To Slide Out

Thule Slide Bars are a super popular roof rack bar that has been designed to slide out over the side of the vehicle. The bars can extend out to the side by 60cm in either direction, this makes for brilliantly easily loading on either side of the vehicle.

To slide the bars couldn't be easier, simply use the top mounted flick lever to initiate the slide on both bars then the bars will move out over the car. Thule have put colour indicators which represent when the slide function has clicked and is active, then when the bars return to a safe position this is visible.   

Like most top level Thule Bars the SlideBars have a T-Track slot into the top of the bars which will allow for a range of carriers to be fitted. Thule Slide Bars are compatible with most Watersport Carriers, Cycle Carrier, Roofboxes, Cargo Carriers.

Thanks to the 90kg capacity, Thule have made the loading and unloading of both heavy and awkward shaped loads simple.
