Designed to be worn over the top of thermals or base-layers, these comfortable breathable paddling trousers are designed to keep spray and wind off the paddlers bottom half whilst enjoying their time on the water. Often referred to as 'semi-dry' trousers, the wearer will also need insulating shoes to have arm feet such as wetsuit boots. For full dry-trousers with built in feet, the NRS Freefall Pants might be worth considering.

With a generous fit, these waterproof pants allow for a full range of movement, and also for warm, insulating layers to be worn underneath. Ideally teamed up with a paddling jacket or cagoule, these can make up part of a versatile layering system that allows for the ever changeable British weather forecast! With extra reinforcement on the seat and knees, and a zipped pocket for essentials, the Endurance trousers are a popular, durable option for all paddling styles.
