The Swift Canoes Cruiser 15.8 is a lightweight performance canoe. Designed to suit smaller paddlers who wish to load the canoe up and take multi day expedition kit with them, or larger paddlers who want to get out onto the water for a few hours, the Cruiser 15.8 offers versatility, speed and performance.

With the iconic S-Shaped Gunwales which are found on all Swift Cruisers the Cruiser 15.8 is designed to be as easy and comfortable to paddle as possible. Nicely rounded chimes and a defined tumblehome help the Cruiser cope with less idyllic conditions while, much like the bigger brother the Cruiser 16.8, a shallow arch offers good secondary stability. The longer waterline and minimal rocker leaves the Cruiser 15.8 with good straight line performance, but still agile enough to turn when required.

The Swift Cruiser 15.8 is available either as a conventional canoe (with either a classic bench style seat or performance tractor style racing seat), or as a Pack Boat with a carbon kayak style seat installed.

 As with all the UK Standard Swift Canoes, Kayaks and Pack Boats the Cruiser 15.8 is considered to be the best in class, with a strength and weight at the forefront of the manufacturing process.
