A universal rudder adaptor designed to fit rudder pin holes
The Bixpy Universal Rudder Adaptor is a specifically designed rudder to fit the Bixpy K-1 and Bixpy J-2 Electric Outboards. Fitting via a 10mm Rudder pin this will fit onto most rudder ready kayaks and can be easily switched out. Featuring a robust double hinged, 90° Slide & Stow mechanism, the Universal Rudder is easy to completely haul the rudder and motor out of the water for launching and landing. Steering is achieved using the existing rudder foot controls on your kayak, if these are not present then the foot steering or hand steering controls from Bixpy may also be requried.
Designed by Vibe in conjunction with Bixpy the Universal Rudder Adaptor is an excellent option for those looking to quickly fit an electric outboard with minimal faff.

Dimensions
- The top of the pin to the top of the motor measures 12.25 inches /305 mm.
- Pin length is 85 mm. Gap from pin to blade is 38 mm.
- To work effectively, the Bixpy K-1 motor needs to be 5 to 8cm (2" to 3") below the waterline.
- 46 x 10cm (18" x 4") rudder blade.
