Wilderness Systems Tarpon 100
The Wilderness Systems Tarpon 100 is a well designed and high quality sit-on-top kayak. Very comfortable to paddle and can be used in a number of environments, at home on surf, coastal waters, rivers and lakes. Super stable yet very manoeuvrable it can be paddled by beginners and advanced paddlers alike . The feature which sets the Tarpons apart from most other Sit On Top kayaks is the outfitting. Commonly coming out top on independent reviews as amongst the best outfitted boats available straight off the shelf.
The 100 is a sit-on-top with plenty of storage making it suitable for day touring and fishing trips. Being slightly shorter than other kayaks from Wilderness Systems the Tarpon is easy to manage and can easily be transported on a car roof rack. The shorter length also makes it slightly lighter and more manoeuvrable then longer sit on tops.The Tarpon range are deluxe sit-on-tops offering many more features than other basic sit-on-tops for a more discerning paddler looking for performance without sacrificing comfort.
